Welcome to your home in Wolfville! 470 Main is a new, professionally managed boutique hotel in the ultimate Downtown location. Suite 304 is a fabulous top-level suite with the ultimate million-dollar view! The space has a bright and cozy living room, spacious patio, chef's kitchen with Bosch appliances, two bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms (one has a stunning rainfall shower head). Enjoy on-site parking, a washer/dryer, and an elevator for easy access after an evening in Downtown Wolfville!


The space

Suite 304 is on the third floor, facing Blomidon and Front Street. It's the third door down the hall on your left.

You can type in your self-check-in necessary code, and you will enter the open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room has a cozy sofa and chair, a large television with a sound bar, and ample books, games, and cards! There is a dining table with seating for four.

There is a balcony off the living room with four chairs to enjoy the view.

The kitchens are brand new, sparking clean, and full of everything you might need to prepare a delicious meal with fresh Valley ingredients! Equipped with new Bosch appliances (induction cooktop, full fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is an electric kettle, toaster, Ninja blender, French press, manual pour-over coffee maker, full pot and pan set, cooking sheets, casserole dishes, wine opener, entire dish set, complete cutlery set, Riedel wine glasses (red, white and champagne flutes), measuring cups, mixing bowls, basic cooking utensils, etc. Are we missing something? Just ask!

The bedroom on the left features a queen bed, and the bedroom on the right has a king bed. Additionally, the larger bedroom has a small work surface. Each bedroom boasts a custom closet! The bathroom has a luxurious walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. And there is a powder room.

Guest access

Guests use a common building entrance either at the front or back, requiring their unique access code. The lobby, hallways, stairways and elevator are all common areas. Guests can access the whole suite with their rental, including ensuite laundry. As well as their private balcony.

Other things to note

The balcony door is designed with a barrier-free threshold to allow guests in wheelchairs and other mobility challenges to access the balcony easily. Since the threshold is such a low profile, the door's design is a very tight fit to prevent water and wind from entering; this means you will need to use an extra nudge to get it open. Turn the handle and use force with the hip to be available. Enjoy!

Our Cancellation Policy is a Full refund up to 5 days before check-in, minus 3% credit card processing fees built into the pricing. After the five-day window, you are not entitled to a refund. Please get in touch with us for the cancellation. You will see a refund in your account 5-10 business days after your confirmed cancellation; if you don't see it after this time, could you check with us? So that you know, you will receive an email letting you know your cancellation. If you don't get an email, please get in touch with us. This cancellation policy has taken into consideration the ongoing global COVID-19 pandemic.
