This private villa is 35 minutes to Halifax, and only 11 minutes to Peggy's cove! Enter our home on the middle of three levels. You will enter into a lovely mudroom with storage for shoes and jackets. Continue on into the house, where you will be greeted with the open concept kitchen, living, and dining space. The kitchen was recently renovated in 2023 with outstanding, luxurious finishes. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen including a propane stove, ideal for cooking many different meals! Just off the kitchen is a sunroom with a dining table. There is dining seating for 8 with extra chairs on site. The living space includes cozy furniture backdropped with the view of Big Lake. A custom built in provides entertainment by way of a smart TV (please note electric fireplace currently out of order). Just off the living room you can access the patio, with ample patio furnishings. Also on the main level is the first of four bedrooms, as well as a half bathroom.Upstairs you will find the primary bedroom, the second bedroom, and a full bathroom with soaker tub. There is also a lovely patio upstairs. The primary bedroom has vaulted ceilings making it a large, spacious room with its own living space seating, complete with a TV. Downstairs you will find a seating area, a third bathroom with standup shower, and the fourth bedroom. Downstairs is also the pièce de résistance of this home (aside from the lake of course) - the indoor cedar sauna! There are patios off each level of the home. The yard is mostly grassy hills, and there is a fire pit area. There is a fabulous dock with stairs to help you get back up after a swim in Big Lake! Guests have private access to the entire home.
