Halifax Captivating Quinpool Penthouse with Massive Terrace

Welcome to our fabulous apartment located centrally on Quinpool Rd! This 2,000+ sq. ft. suite is fully equipped for short and long-term stays. Upon arrival, two flights of stairs are required to get up to the unit from the private entrance. Enjoy free parking next door for one vehicle and a fabulous private terrace overlooking Quinpool Road. Take advantage of the luxurious spa bathroom with a soaker tub and all-angles shower! You're within walking distance of amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes.

The space

A few important things to note. Firstly, parking is located next door. There are two flights of stairs to get up to the unit (honestly, it's quite a few stairs!). The suite is located directly above an adult lingerie and accessory store. The third bedroom is a den we have converted into a bedroom; therefore, it does not have windows.

Once you get upstairs, there is a large open-concept kitchen/dining/living area. The living room has comfortable seating for five on a sofa and two armchairs. The dining table seats six, three bar stools at the kitchen island, and a secondary table with two seats (and two extra chairs in the third bedroom). Directly off the kitchen is a massive private terrace with outdoor dining chairs and an outdoor sofa (the sofa is a bit old, and there is some staining on the cushions).

The suite also features two large bedrooms with patio doors leading to a second terrace on the unit's backside. The primary bedroom has a lovely walk-in closet and a dreamy spa bathroom with a soaker tub and all-angle shower!

Guest access

Guests have private access to the entire suite.

Please remember that any party/event is prohibited, and guests who violate this rule are subject to immediate removal with no refund. All Over Sea units are strictly non-smoking (cigarettes, hookah, marijuana etc.) and quiet enjoyment suites. We use Netatmo monitoring devices that immediately alert us of smoking and excessive noise. Should you violate our house rules, you will be asked to leave and charged $250.
