Welcome to our flat! This beautiful upper flat is located on one of Halifax’s most desirable streets in the South End. Walking distance to Point Pleasant Park and downtown amenities. Features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a formal dining area, and two seating areas (a formal sitting area with fireplace and piano and a casual sitting area with television). The property owners occasionally occupy the lower flat with their two lovely dogs. Pets are welcome!

The space

When you arrive, you will ascend an exterior flight of stairs to the entryway. Through the front door, you will enter the landing. This is a split-entry home. The owners occupy the lower flat; therefore, there is a locked steel door at the bottom of the staircase. You will again ascend one flight of stairs inside.

The living room, kitchen, and dining area are towards the flat's front. The primary bedroom features a queen bed with en suite, and a washer/dryer is at the back of the flat. There is a guest bedroom with a double bed, a main-unit bathroom, and a family room with cable TV. The private patio is located off the family room.

Guest access

Guests have access to the upper flat and the private back deck area. The property owners use the backyard, so if you have your dog with you, please use the front yard.

Please keep in mind there is a lower flat occupied by the owners occasionally.
