The space

Enter through the front door into the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space. The kitchen is immediately to your left and is stocked with everything you need to cook an important meal, including local Luckett Vineyards olive oil! Just past the kitchen is a dining space for 6, then you are taken into the living room with a plush sectional, large TV with Netflix, and an electric fireplace. There is also a spacious full bathroom and laundry room on the main level.

Upstairs there are three queen suites as well as a full bathroom.

Off the main level is the outdoor living space with room for lounging and dining. There is a large covered hot tub and BBQ. A few steps across the lawn, you are greeted by beautiful Pentz Lake, which you can easily swim in, thanks to the dock. Kayaks are also provided for your enjoyment!

All Over Sea units are strictly non-smoking (cigarettes and marijuana) and quiet enjoyment suites. We use Neatmo monitoring devices that immediately alert us of smoking and excessive noise. Should you violate our house rules, you will be asked to leave and charged $250.
