The space

The front entry has two steps up to the main door from the walkway. When you enter the front door, you are on the main level and are welcomed into the large living room with high ceilings. You walk down two steps, and you are in the living room. The living room has a ROKU TV and a gorgeous stone fireplace. The seating here is two large leather couches on either side of a coffee table. To the right, towards the front of the house, are doors to a large deck with outdoor seating (note it is not ground level and does not have ground access). Further to the right and front of the house is the dining area with an exquisite live edge wood table with seating for 10.

To the right and up a couple of steps is the kitchen, complete with an extensive Island, double propane ovens, propane range, dishwasher, microwave (tucked away in the pantry), toaster, 12-cup coffee maker, Nespresso, fridge, mini wine fridge and a functioning Heartland wood burning cook stove. There is a breakfast nook with a small table and four chairs. So, a room to the immediate right of the front entrance is not for guest use.

To the left of the entrance are the stairs leading to the second level and the stairs to the downstairs. Past the stairs, guests are brought to the laundry room (full-size Maytag washer and dryer), a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bedroom with a king-size bed.

Upstairs on the top floor is an open hallway with a loft view of the living room. At the end of the hallway to the right is a kid's room with two twin-size beds, and the primary bedroom is on the left. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, balcony with ocean views and two relaxing chairs, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub for two and a walk-in shower. NOTE: the primary bedroom and the bedroom with the twin beds do not have a ceiling and are shared spaces, so noise between the two will be easily heard.

If you take the stairs to the lowest level, you walk into an open area. To the right is an area containing over 5,000 DVDs; down a couple of steps, you’re in another living space with a propane fireplace and sofa bed. Off to the right is a set of doors going outdoors onto ground level to the small hot tub for 4-5 people. Further to the right is a bar, then the incredible movie theatre with comfortable seating and a projector for watching movies. If you turn left at the bottom of the stairs, you have a wine room, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a bathroom with a shower; please note there are several steps to access the battery.

Guests have private access to the entire home and yard.

Other things to note

The home does not have air conditioning.

Cancellations made 60+ days before check-in will be refunded in full, less a credit card processing and administration fee surcharge equivalent to 3% of the reservation total. Cancellations within 60 days will receive a 50% refund, and cancellations within 30 days will not receive any refunds. No exceptions will be made for COVID-19.
