The space

The house is situated on a large, private lot. Enter through the gate and continue down a long, winding gravel driveway until you spot the sprawling ocean view!

You will first enter the home into a small foyer with a large closet for coats and shoes. You can continue into the house, and the kitchen is immediately to your left. The main level is an open concept, including the kitchen, a dining room with space for 8, and a living room. The living room seats 5, with a gorgeous propane fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the million-dollar ocean view!

Also on the main level are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen. There is a full bathroom with a standup shower.

You can head up the stairs to the loft bedroom. This bedroom is open to the lower level to take advantage of the sprawling view and features a king bed and a private ensuite with a standup shower.

Downstairs is a large recreational room with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, and a pool table!

There is a balcony off the main level and access to the yard through the basement.

Outdoors you will enjoy a large hot tub, a fire pit with seating for 8, and an outdoor cedar sauna!
