The space

When you arrive, you can park your vehicle if you have one in the driveway in front of the house. You can use the electronic lock to access the property. You will be greeted by a small foyer leading both upstairs to the main living area and the garage, which gives you access to the washer and dryer.

Continue up the stairs; you will find the spacious and comfortable living area, kitchen, and dining area. Near the back of the home is a fully-equipped modern kitchen, dining space for six, and a patio door leading to your backyard! At the front of the house, enjoy a luxurious living room with cozy seating. Best of all - soak in the incredible St. John's Harbour views from your swivelling chair!

Up another flight of steps, you will find a king and queen bedroom and a bathroom.

Guest access

During their stay, guests have private access to the townhome, driveway, and backyard.

Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, a 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
