This space is best suited to 4 adults with two children or two adults with a maximum of 4 children.  So that you know, there is only one full bathroom. The third double bed is the pull-out sofa in the basement.

All Over Sea units are strictly non-smoking (cigarettes and marijuana) and quiet enjoyment suites. We use Neatmo monitoring devices that immediately alert us of smoking and excessive noise. Should you violate our house rules, you will be asked to leave and charged $250.
