The Franklin Hotel is located in the heart of St. John's on Water Street. Water Street is a bustling Downtown main drag that features the best of food, boutique shopping, and nightlife. You are steps away from anything you may need, so you would be completely okay without a vehicle!

Please be aware that this room is being offered at a discounted rate until Fall 2023 while we undergo repairs to the buildings HVAC system. There is a humming/white noise sound that is audible from within the room while the repairs are underway. The repair should be completed by late October 2023.

There are a total of nine rooms on two floors, the second and third floor of the building. Please note there is no elevator on site.
