Welcome to our fabulous apartment in the heart of Downtown Wolfville! From Elm Avenue, you will be within walking distance of everything the Main Street area offers, such as groceries, restaurants, the Wolfville Farmers Market, walking trails, and so much more. You'll love this spacious and clean apartment, recently constructed in 2020! The suite features two large bedrooms (each with a king-size Endy mattress), a fully outfitted kitchen with ample space to prepare a beautiful meal, and a cozy open concept with a Juliet balcony overlooking the clock park. You'll also enjoy complimentary parking for two vehicles, air conditioning and five appliances! Professionally cleaned and managed by Over Sea!

The space

When you arrive, you will navigate to the private entrance near the back of the building. This suite is located on the second floor, above a restaurant. During construction, great attention to detail was paid to sound; therefore, you will not hear the restaurant below you!

Once you get up the stairs, there is a small entryway and guest closet. Further into the unit, you enter the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room. The kitchen features Bosch appliances and is fully outfitted to cook a meal with delicious local fare!

On the left of the suite are both bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a laundry room.

Other things to note

All Over Sea units are strictly non-smoking (cigarettes and marijuana) and quiet enjoyment suites. We use Netatmo monitoring devices that immediately alert us of smoking and excessive noise. Should you violate our house rules, you will be asked to leave and charged $250.
