Welcome to the Annapolis Valley! Stay in the heart of Downtown Wolfville on the Acadia Campus, just a 7 min walk to Main Street. This gorgeous historic home was fully renovated in 2022 inside and out to create a spacious, comfortable, and stylish space for your next getaway! Suite 1 is located on the first level of the building and accommodates four guests in a king and queen bed. Enjoy the ample space the suite provides, with a beautiful living area and a modern fully-stocked kitchen with a washer/dryer.

The space

Enter the apartment on the first level of the building (wheelchair ramp available but not barrier-free) using an Alfred smart lock. At the front of the suite is a spacious living area with five seats and a dedicated workspace. You can continue down the hallway to find a king and queen bedroom with stylish decor and ample storage space. Next, you will find a dining room leading to the kitchen. The kitchen features a fridge, range, washer, dryer, and several convenient small appliances. Finally, the bathroom includes a stand-up shower.

You will be able to park one vehicle in a dedicated parking space.

Guest access

Guests have private access to their suite, one dedicated parking space, and access to the common green space behind the building.

Other things to note

Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking only if the check-in date is at least 14 days in advance. Bookings Canceled at least seven days before check-in will receive a 50% refund—no refund after that.

All Over Sea units are strictly non-smoking (cigarettes and marijuana) and quiet enjoyment suites. We use Neatmo monitoring devices that immediately alert us of smoking and excessive noise. Should you violate our house rules, you will be asked to leave and charged $250.
